Hey there, I’m Kim
I am a mom of 3 and have gone through my own weight loss journey after each pregnancy losing between 20-40 lbs each time. I know how hard it can be to not like what you see in the mirror day after day. I also know that there is so much misinformation on the internet these days of how to lose weight and that it can be overwhelming.
Once I learned how to properly eat and track my food and found workouts that I loved, I finally saw results after spinning my wheels for years.
I became a certified macro coach to simplify weight loss and nutrition for you so you can have lasting results and never need another fad diet or juice cleanse.
Outside of researching nutrition and doing pilates, I love spending time with my family, watching true crime, and going to emo shows to soothe my soul.
